Justin Ketron – Partner/CEO – Chief Executive Operator

Justin Ketron brings a rare combination of hands-on operational experience, systems thinking, and execution-focused leadership to Liminal Softworks. His career has been built from the ground up—starting in entry-level roles during the 2008 recession and advancing into leadership positions within billion-dollar organizations—giving him a uniquely practical understanding of how real-world operations succeed or fail.

Before co-founding Liminal, Justin led distribution and operations in high-volume industrial environments, where he was responsible for performance, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. He has managed end-to-end operational workflows, including inventory control, vendor performance, logistics execution, and KPI-driven team management.

Justin’s strength lies in identifying inefficiencies and building systems that eliminate them. He has successfully implemented process improvements that delivered measurable financial impact, including initiatives that reduced waste, improved fulfillment timelines, and optimized supplier relationships. His work has included developing standardized operating procedures aligned with ISO practices, improving vendor accountability through data-driven scorecards, and restructuring workflows to reduce cycle times across multi-party supply chains.

In addition to his corporate experience, Justin has worked extensively in project management and compliance-driven industries, overseeing large-scale field operations and regulatory processes. This background reinforces his ability to translate complex, real-world business needs into structured, scalable systems—an approach that directly informs the design philosophy behind Liminal’s software.

At Liminal Softworks, Justin focuses on operational strategy, product direction, and aligning development with real customer needs. His leadership ensures that Liminal’s solutions are not built in isolation, but instead grounded in practical application—designed to solve the exact challenges faced by warehouses, manufacturers, and property management operations.

Justin’s guiding principle is simple: software should remove friction, not add to it. Every system Liminal builds is shaped by that standard.
